It will support you to make those critical choices you’ve been avoiding or afraid to make. Ultimately, it will help you lead a more meaningful life, work happier and improve your relationships.

Calm and Quiet : Our sessions are a special time of self-care and nurture. You’ll learn powerful ways to access calm and stability whenever you need it.

Real-Life Change: We will make sure you know how to apply these practices to make meaningful changes in your life.
Over several weeks and/or months, you and I will work closely together to help you start your mindfulness self awareness practice. In 45-minute sessions once a week (held via a secure online video call), you’ll learn mindfulness and meditation techniques, and we’ll explore how you can use these practices to deal with the stressors in your life.
Adults: We’ll work together one-on-one to help you manage your stress, take care of yourself, and bring some peace and calm to your days.
Teens: We’ll work together to help you navigate the stresses of school, family, and friends, and you’ll learn powerful skills for life-long wellbeing.
Integrative Self Awareness Coaching Options
Single Coaching Call: This is a great option if you already have an established mindfulness self awareness practice, but are feeling “stuck” and need some specific guidance for your particular challenge. $65 for a 45-minute call and follow-up support via email
Integrative Self Awareness Beginnings (instruction + coaching): This package of 8 coaching calls is perfect for you if you are relatively new to mindfulness, and want one-on-one, personalized guidance and instruction. $480 for eight weekly 45-minute coaching calls
Mindful Support: This is a great option for those who have finished the Integrative Self Awareness Beginnings coaching program, or for people with a newer mindfulness practice that could use greater support and accountability. $250 for six 30-minute calls or $350 for eight 30-minute calls (scheduled weekly or biweekly, depending on your needs)
In-Person Coaching Options: If you are in the San Francisco Bay Area, you can work with me in person to begin your Integrative Self Awareness mindfulness coaching practice and receive individualized instruction and attention. I offer one-on-one in-person sessions with adults, as well teen coahing.
In-Person Teen Coaching: An eight-session series for teens, focusing on managing anxiety and school stress, and learning mindful study skills.
