Over the course of several weeks or months, we’ll work closely together to establish your mindfulness and self-awareness practice. In weekly 45-minute sessions (conducted via a secure online video call), you’ll learn mindfulness and meditation techniques tailored to help you manage life’s stressors effectively.
Adults: We’ll collaborate one-on-one to help you manage stress, prioritize self-care, and cultivate peace and calm in your daily life.
Teens: We’ll work together to help you navigate the stresses of school, family, and friendships, equipping you with powerful skills for lifelong well-being.
Integrative Self-Awareness Coaching Options
Single Coaching Call: Single Coaching Call: This option is ideal if you already have an established mindfulness and self-awareness practice but are feeling “stuck” and need specific guidance for a particular challenge. The session is $65 for a 45-minute call, which includes follow-up support via email.
Integrative Self-Awareness Beginnings (instruction + coaching): This package of 8 coaching calls is perfect for you if you are relatively new to mindfulness and want one-on-one, personalized guidance and instruction. $555 for eight weekly 45-minute coaching calls
Mindful Support: This option is ideal for individuals who have completed the Integrative Self-Awareness Beginnings coaching program or for those with a newer mindfulness practice who seek additional support and accountability. The cost is $250 for six 30-minute calls or $350 for eight 30-minute calls, which can be scheduled weekly or biweekly based on your needs.
In-Person Coaching Options: If you’re in the San Francisco Bay Area, you can work with me in person to kickstart your Integrative Self-Awareness mindfulness coaching practice, receiving individualized instruction and attention. I offer one-on-one in-person sessions for adults and coaching for teens as well.
In-Person Teen Coaching: An eight-session series designed for teens that focuses on managing anxiety, navigating school stress, and developing mindful study skills.
